Our ways of working
Our culture is crucial to our success
Things move fast around here. We work hard, but we also prioritize getting to know each other, having fun, providing opportunities to be inspired, and creating moments that remind us why we are here: to improve people's lives.
To help us live and breathe our culture, we hold events and get-togethers including inspirational speaker sessions, annual culture workshops, internal business case competitions with brilliant external minds as mentors and judges, team dinners, healthy lunches, yoga and fitness sessions, and much more. Each year we also spend one percent of our available resources on making a direct impact to achieve the third United Nations Sustainable Development Goal, “Good Health and Well-being.”

Our bi-weekly hybrid yoga sessions - people can join on-site in Lyngby as well as online from all over the world!
Meet the Inspirator
Our Meet the Inspirator sessions take place three times a year and are, as the title also indicates, meant to inspire. The sessions vary in theme, with previous speakers ranging from a car designer to a health care practitioner, psychologist, linguistic expert, and a trumpeter. Meet the Inspirator sessions enable us to live our 'Dream big' value.
Recap sessions are quarterly events with a focus on business and culture. We recap the last three months' activities to enable knowledge sharing and our sense of being One team. We usually end the session with a quiz after which the local teams go out for dinner and a night of fun!
Moonshots meets Dragon's Den!
After being hugely successful the first time we held this event, it has now become an annual tradition. The Moonshot Program is fun, helps strengthen team spirit, and enables innovation! Cross-functional teams from across the globe work on different moonshots and then pitch to a panel of experts who provide valuable input and announce a winning team.
Culture immersion week
Our annual culture immersion week, where we gather our team together to work on and measure our culture and align on culture goals for the year ahead.
Once a month we eat a healthy lunch together to connect and socialize across teams and functions.
We value transparency and feedback
A culture that welcomes feedback and transparency provides an optimal environment for self-improvement and personal development. One example is our ‘One day off card’ program. Team members have the opportunity to grant a colleague a day off as a thank you for going that extra mile, and provide feedback to let the receiver know why they deserve it.
